Delivery Details

1. UK Delivery (3-5 working days)

• Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

• FREE deliveries*(restrictions apply) on orders of £75.00+, (excludes heavy items such as cables, trunking and conduit). 

• *Free delivery restrictions, we are sorry but we cannot offer free delivery to the whole of the UK. To see if you live in an area eligible for free delivery please see the tables below.

Other delivery charges and restrictions

If you experience a short or non delivery, please contact us on 020 773 73166 and our sales team rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Special Order items are ordered from our supplies upon receipt of your order. Lead times may vary depending upon the item and supplier but are usually shipped within five working days of your order.

2. Store Collection (FREE)

Once your order has been placed a member of staff will contact you as soon your order is ready for collection via telephone or email.
